Part 1, An Article from the Canadian newspapers
I choose this article because it suprised me how many children live in poverty in BC. Before reading this article I had no idea that so many people live in poverty here in Canada. So I decided fot this one because we should help them.
Part 2, A symbol that represents my "idea" or "impression" of Canada
I created this symbol/picture because I think that one of the most important things which I learned about Canada is, that Canadians are proud of their contry. That is the reason why my picture includes Maple Leaf.
The second thing is Ice Hocky, and because I lived in Vancouver, everybody here is proud of Canucks.
The third thing is a black bear. I did not see anyone but here, in BC live a lot of bears.
The fourth thing are mountains. In BC, mountains are everywhere. I was in the Rockies and on the Grousse Mountain and Whistler and all of them were amazing and I think that I will never forget the beautiful view.
The last thing is a forest. Here in Canada are forests totally different. I think that is because of the rain but I really like them.
